ISU Esports Arena

A description of the work: Project consists of converting current post office location on second floor along

with a food court stand into an Esports Arena with two new office spaces. A stage will be constructed in the

main area of the space for gaming competitions. New ceiling tiles and frame with new lighting and

mechanical to be installed with adjustments as needed.

A bid bond in the amount of $2,000 is required. Estimated annual expenditure: $200,000

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. A Public Works Contractor's

License (Class C or above) for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
