The scope of this project includes the renovation of existing restrooms and the replacement of the mechanical

system in a portion of the existing building. The restroom renovations will include complete demolition of

existing walls, plumbing fixtures, finishes, partitions and associated components. The new restrooms will

include wall framing, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and new finishes. Minor interior work will also be

included to accommodate the new HVAC system and installation of ductwork and piping in existing ceiling

spaces and crawlspaces. The project includes re-roofing of approximately 300 square feet of existing roofing

system with a new TPO roof membrane. Sitework associated with locating new ground mounted HVAC

equipment, new concrete slabs, sidewalks, entry stairs and handrails are also included
