A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Prepare construction and bidding
documents for the asbestos abatement and build-back of the interior ceiling system at the Supreme Court
Building Suites 205, 206, 207, and 208. The project will be phased to meet the Court’s schedule, with Suite
205 being phases 1 and 2, Suite 208 Phase 3, Suite 207 Phase 4, and Suite 206 Phase 5.
Estimated Cost: $840,000.00
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this Work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount,
including any add alternates, is required.
