A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The area previously occupied by the campus bookstore will be converted to assembly
space; accordingly, the building will receive a new wet sprinkler system and additional restroom fixtures. The sprinkler system design and installation will
include new wet piping and wet sprinkler heads throughout the building; it will also incorporate a new water connection to the water main located on the
exterior of the building.
Estimated Cost: $850,000
