DPW-25206- BSU HML Boiler Replacement

A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Removal of one gas-fired boiler,

heating water pump, expansion tank, and associated accessories in the mechanical room that currently

provide heat to the building and replace with (2) new condensing boilers, (2) new floor mounted pumps,

new expansion tank and new piping accessories. Upgrade the existing direct digital controls as needed

for the new equipment.

Estimated Cost: $375,000

A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this Work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount,

including any add alternates, is required.
