Montage Townhomes (Two Building - 16 & 17)

Project Description: Two buildings, four units of townhomes totaling approximately 20,000 sf of finished space.

 Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: excavation, utilities, site construction, site

furnishings, curb and gutter, paving, sidewalks, concrete foundations, veneer masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, c

ountertops, casework, thermal and moisture protection, roofing and siding, windows, doors, hardware, thermal batt & spray insulation, sound insulation, tile,

flooring, drywall, painting, staining, Division 10 specialties, appliances, window shades, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire-alarm and security systems, and

exterior landscaping improvements.

This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project.
