A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: This project will include the
demolition of the existing maintenance facility building, construction of a new pre-engineered metal
building (3,500 SF), and remodel of an existing building for office use. The pre-engineered metal building
(PEMB) will include shop space and ancillary areas.
Estimated Cost: $ 1,319,569.63 (includes Bid Alternates #1 through #4)
