PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Project consists of upgrading and enlarging the two existing restrooms
in the community center to meet current building codes and ADA guidelines, replacing all exterior doors
with new ADA compliant hardware, and installing a new forced air HVAC system throughout the
building. (The interior kitchen is not included in the scope of work and is to remain as-is.) The project
also includes alternates to replace the main building entrance ADA ramp, replace the entire roof
system, and replace floor and repaint in the Main Hall, refer to schedule of alternates for full
descriptions.
