A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Exterior Work includes selective repair of existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System

(EIFS) and repainting of all exterior EIFS and CMU wall surfaces in their entirety, including the backsides of parapets and the basketball courtyard, as well as

repainting of exterior doors, door frames, steel window frames, and exposed steel conduit as noted.

Interior Work includes repainting of general wall surfaces and hollow metal door frames within the Administrative and Information Technology suites. The

Project also includes an Alternate for repainting of the Mini Gym.
