A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: new HVAC and electrical
equipment and distribution systems to be installed within MTB and WITT buildings as indicated. Work of
the project additionally will include related demolition, architectural finish improvements, ceiling
replacement, new lighting, and other related electrical improvements. The WITT complex will receive a
new full fire sprinkler system. Bid alternate #1 includes new emergency egress lighting; bid alternate #2
includes the upsizing of the base bid 800 amp service to 1200 amps in the WITT complex; and bid alternate
#3 will provide exhaust system in WITT room 112/113 and new air compressor controls.
Estimated Cost: $8,950,000
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this Work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount,
including any add alternates, is required.
