DPW-25300- IDL Annex Bldg Remodel & Conference Room Relocation

A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include remodeling the Boise Annex

Building to relocate eight employee workstations from the basement to the first floor, fostering more

cohesive work groups. Additionally, the remodel will include the creation of new office spaces and the

installation of a new interior communicating stairway between the first and second floors. Interior work

will involve reconfiguring a large open conference room, updating finishes with new paint and carpet tile,

and performing mechanical and electrical updates as needed for the new spaces, and other Work indicated

in the Contract Documents.

Estimated Cost: $405,000.000
